One area of focus involves novel magnetic resonance systems development. This effort focuses on portable head-only MRI and tabletop EPR systems operating with magnetic fields varying from zero- to high-field (1.5T). The goal is to develop MR systems that are lower cost and more transportable than their conventional counterparts, while offering expanded experimental capabilities.
