Brain Function and Connectivity

The Center for Magnetic Resonance Research (CMRR) investigates in a number of research areas. One research focus is in the science of brain function and connectivity. This includes computational models, high-resolution functional and diffusion imaging at 7T and 10.5T, tractography and diffusion analysis (biophysical and graph-theoretical models, learning methods), and the the Human Connectome Project (HCP).
